Lab, Classroom and Other Updates over Fall Break 2014

Fall Break was busy and productive in IT. Equipment and software was enhanced in labs and classrooms while many applications were upgraded. Here is a brief summary of the major improvements:
- SPSS was installed on all classroom/lab computers across campus
- NVivo was installed in the Psychology and Trout Labs
- The Trout and 24 hour labs (in the library) were updated with new computers to improve performance and availability.
- Spartan Student was installed in the 3rd floor Library lab
- The Video Production Studio (Located in the TV Studio on the ground floor of the Library) is set up and accepting pilot production projects
- Printers were replaced in Olin Hall
- Upgrades were made to the following applications:
- IT support system
- Inquire
- Maroon Card System
- OnBase
- EMS
- EasySpooler
